Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh

The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, 1921–.  Consort of Queen Elizabeth II.  Typed Letter Signed, Yours sincerely Philip, one page, 7½" x 9½", Windsor Castle, April 15, 1980.  With original envelope.  The letter is pristine.  Prince Philip has handwritten both the salutation and the complimentary close, as is customary in British typed correspondence.  The letter has normal mailing folds, one of which affects the signature, and slight toning, but is in fine condition overall.  Although the letter is written on Windsor Castle stationery, the envelope bears registered mail postmarks from Buckingham Palace.
